Communicable Disease Program

The goal of the Communicable Disease Program is to monitor communicable diseases, decrease those diseases and report as required to the California Department of Public Health.  Communicable diseases include, but are not limited to: tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, HIV/AIDS, Hantavirus, hepatitis, foodborne diseases, childhood infections (such as measles, polio, chickenpox, mumps).
